Business as usual

Despite COVID-19 and the national state of disaster, we are still operating!
We are committed to baking treats that will make life a little sweeter.
However, we understand that the situation continues to evolve, which may affect your upcoming parties and events.
Although we love a celebration, the safety and well-being of all our clients is our number one priority.
We will do everything we can to provide maximum flexibility, so that we can all move forward through this difficult time.
We expect some events to still go ahead as planned, but we understand if you would prefer to postpone or cancel.
We are here to help make those adjustments as stress-free as possible, so here are a few options:
Postpone
If you would like to postpone your event, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make adjustments to our schedule. If you are not sure when you would like to re-schedule, we will issue a credit note and wait to hear your new event date.
Postpone and re-schedule
If you would like to postpone your event and you have a new date in mind, simply let us know. We will do our best to accommodate all changes. Please keep in mind that the sooner you can set a new date, the better (even if it is months from now).
Cancel
We hope that you don’t have to, but if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at info@cherry-ontop.co.za or WhatsApp 0741654343. We will issue a refund according to our refund policy. Orders for March and April 2020 are the most at risk and we will issue a full refund. We suggest that events from May 2020 be reassessed closer to the time.
Please note:
If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order (eg. if we get sick or cannot source ingredients) we will issue a full refund and recommend another supplier.
We continue to monitor announcements from the World Health Organization and other government entities, as well as continue to enforce strict hygiene practices as always. We hope you do the same. Most importantly, please remember to stay calm.
